Exchange

• Products can be exchanged for a different size or model, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Clear photos of the product must be sent before requesting an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping fees.

Returns

• Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and clear photos must be provided before the return request is approved.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
• Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be transferred via InstaPay or mobile wallet.
